My gggg grandfather Ezekiel Griffin was born in Rhode Island about 1788-1790. There were several Griffins in Washington County on the 1790 Federal Census: James, Joshua, John, and Phillip. I am attempting to make a connection with one or all these families. Is there anyone researching these Griffin lines? Does anyone have information regarding them. It is a definite "brickwall" for the descendants.
