He m. ca 1890 Lydia Victoria --- , b. 3 Jan 1870 in SC, d. 18 Jun 1929, bur. w/husband. Children: Aaron, d. bef. 1900, age 13 or 14; Melvinia; Ethel Dora, b. 15 Jul 1896 TX; John R., b. ca 1899 TX; Argo, (twin), d. young;
Archie, (twin), d. young; Deane L., b. ca 1906 OK; Garner T., b. ca 1908 OK; Mary Gertrude, b. ca 1910 OK; Jelma V., b. ca 1912 OK.
I haven't located this family on census records before 1910 so I haven't been able to determine Hardy Jackson's parents. However, because this couple named a son Garner, I
suspect that he is a descendant of Mahala Garner and Hardy J. Fennell, who were married in Anderson Co. and enumerated in Pickens Co, SC in 1860:
