Need info on a John Hancock b 1811 SC (Old Pendleton Dist.) who married Mary Anderson b 1809 SC. About 1833, they moved to Smith Co., MS. Had 9 children - last son Robert born 1852. Sometime after 1852, Mary died and the children were sent to live with other relatives. John possibly moved back to SC and may have married an Emily Holland. Any help appreciated on any Hancocks 1811-1855 in Old Pendleton Dist.
