Hello!

I am looking for information/family of James G. Mullinax b. 1828 d. Jan 1862. His father was a Stroup and his mother an unmarried Mullinax woman raised by his grandparents according to family lore: Thomas Mullinax b. 1774 d. 1854 spouse unknown. James would be my g-g-g-grandfather. I'd love to know who his mother was for certain and who his grandmother was as well.

I'd also love to learn about the Mullinax's from the 1900s up to today. Swap pictures, stories... etc. I don't have much but since my grandma passed we've lost our South Carolina connection and my aunt and dad have lost touch. I'm too young to know anyone. My grandmother's name was Doris Elizabeth Millwood Ward. Her mother was Carrie A. Mullinax Millwood, granddaughter of James mentioned above.
