Hummm... Well, this is what I have on the Dodds family of Chester County... I have listed where the program entered each person in alphabetical order, alas some persons linage will undoubtably be repeated.
I am excited having a new Dodd lead, and hoping we can connect these families.
Does anyone have any information on a Jacob Westbook from Chester County? I have a feeling he is somehow connected to the other Westbrooks in that area, and searching for that link...
Colonel William Walker and his wife Rachael McCullough lived in Chester and one of their daughters married into the Kennedy family.
Does anyone know of a connection of this Walker/McCullough couple to any other Chester County families, maybe the Evans?
I am also looking for a lead on a Susan, that married William Tillman Gregory (both from Union County, SC).
Tillman served in the Confederacy at age of 36, and is not found after census of 1860, and Susan moved over into Chester County, onto the Water's family farm, and lived until 1885, and is buried here... What was Susan"s maiden name?
What became of William Tillman Gregory.... when , where did he die? where was he buried?
And last ... Can anone link any or these families with the Stone, Land, or Gregory families of Chester, Union, or Fairfield Counties?
Now Lets begin with our Dodd Family....
William Gregory
