Searching for descendants of Stephen Watson (b. 1815) who is found with his wife, Henrietta (b. 1815) and their children who are found in both the censuses of 1850 and 1860. I believe his father to be John Watson (b. ab. 1790) in N.C. whose wife was Elizabeth (b. ab. 1790). John and Elizabeth's children were: John C. (1830), Leven (1832), Calvin (1837), Emily (1834) Elizabeth (1840) . . according to 1850 census. Next door to them lived Stephen Watson (my gg grandfather - age 35 at the time) as well as Drury Watson (age 30 in 1850) who was married to Rebecca (age 25). Both Stephen and Drury Watson were older children of John and Elizabeteh.

Stephen's children listed in the 1850 census were: Elizabeth ( 1838), Matthew (1841), Joha C. (1843), William (1845), George W. (1847) Joseph (1848).
