I'm from NC and do not know anything about SC sources. I want to know if, like in NC, I can visit the Dillon Co Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds and access the indexes to marriages that took place in the county. I'm specifically interested in the 1933-1935 period. If I find a marriage in the index can I have a copy of the marriage license application made/copied? In NC it is not problem, but I know not what the rules are in SC.

FYI I'm looking for a presumed marriage between two NC residents.
