EARLE FAMILY: I have researched the Earle family of Spartanburg, Anderson and GREENVILLE COUNTY for inclusion in a huge encyclopedia of SC families and have found that Elias Earle was the origin of the Earle Street home in Greenville, owned by Gov. Middleton. I am seeking the exact location of the White Horse Plantation of the Earle family, for which White Horse Road (US 25) in Greenville County, which I believe was at the end of Earle Drive across from Gracelands Cemetery. I would like any old map info that shows this and how much land it included, names of family members who actually lived there, etc. I have considerable info on other descendants and ancestors that I can share.
