Your post is from 1998, but I hope you or someone may still be on here researching Allen Toney Estes. I would be very interested in your copy of his will. I am trying to verify that Marshall Allen Estes was the son of Allen Toney Estes. Also, that Allen Toney Estes was the sone of Charles Estes II (and descended from Abraham Estes of Kent, b. 1647). Also-- any information on the offspring of Abraham Kent.

The rootsboots Estes files (which have an extensive list of Estes descended from Abraham-- about 375 pgs worth) start with Abraham + Barbara, but only list ONE offspring! (Sylvester). All 375 pgs, therefore are descended from Slyvester, and I am apparantly descended from a different son of Abraham, Richard-- would like to veryify Richard is indeed a son of Abraham.
