This message board is for exhanging information related to the history of Georgetown County, South Carolina and mainly the history that is held in the Georgetown County Historical Society Museum and Archives. This can be local or family history and this history can be closely related to the counties surrounding Georgetown. Submissions of local and family history that you may have are encouraged and printed versions of information submitted will be kept in the vertical files at the Georgetown County Historical Society Museum Archives.
