I'm looking for any Den Otter's in South Dakota, Brookings County, Volga area. I'm searching for family of "Richard", aka: Dirk & Mary Den Otter. They were emigrants from Holland, they left Holland in 1847, and settled in Pella, Marion Co., Iowa. They had several children, and I'have been told by other family memebers that these children left for the Volga area. Can anyone help me find out about this? Any info would be great!!
