I would like to find burial locations for several McClaren family members. Joseph Wylie McClaren and his wife, Elizabeth, lived in Custer county, SD, in the 1910 Census. This is the last sighting of this couple. Their son, William Thomas McClaren and his wife, Edith Merchant continued to live there through at least the 1930 Census and raised a family in the Pringle area. They had the following children;

1. Edith Mary McClaren, b. 1891, d. 1976, m. Richard Clair Duncan and had at least four children.

2. Grace H. McClaren, b. 1894, d. 1968, m. James L. Lynam, children unknown

3. Charles Wylie McClaren, b. 1899, d. 1989, m. Mildred F. Ventling, children unknown

4. Albert Lavern(e) McClaren, b. 1904, d. 1977, m. Chrissie Collins, children unknown

5. Mabel R. McClaren, b. abt 1909, d. unknown, m. Lester A. Waggoner, children unknown

I would appreciate any burial locations in Custer county for these folks. I would also appreciate any contact with children, etc. I am on the Genealogy Committee for the Clan MacLaren Society and we are attempting to update our records.
