Does anyone out there make frequent trips to the State Archives? I am trying to locate a possible Obituary for:

Grant Phillips
Birth Jul 1864 in Michigan
Death 16 Jun 1930 in Mitchell, Davison, South Dakota

The State archives contains microfilms for the "Evening Republican" newspaper:
