Am interested in any records of Norwegian cemetary in Carthage South Dakota. My mother told me that her grandfather Bernt Anderson deeded the property to the town of Carthage for the Norwegian cemetary.My grandmother Christine Minnie or Minnie Christine Anderson is buried there, she died in about 1951. Also a baby son of hers by the name of Sylvester is buried in Carthage.
Would like to get copy of the land record of grandfather deeding the property to the town, would also like information on Bert Anderson (Christine's son) who was living in Carthage when he died, unsure of the date but think it was about 18 years ago.Also interested in buriel of wife of Bernt Anderson, former known name (Mr Johnson) first name unsure!
