However you can contact Miller Funeral Home and they can check their books. Wherever the obituary was published they may have a copy of it or more information, such as who paid for the funeral. Locally they publish an obituary up to one inch for free, beyond that you have to pay a fee per inch. I checked the Genealogical Society and they have a lot of WINGERT's (and there are many death records at the Court House), but no Francis or Jacob, and the Frank's they do have died long after them.
