I am trying to trace back the Bond side of my family. My GGF was Jesse Oliver Bond, born in Buena Vista, Carroll County, TN b. 15 Sep 1886. He married a Sallie (Sarah?) born abt 1887 in TN. They later moved to Oklahoma where my GF Otto Bond was born and then to Pemiscot County Missouri. Going further back I believe that Jesse O. Bond's father was Robert Franklin Bond b. Jan 1857 in TN. He married a Sally E. (Sarah E Blatney?) where they lived in Carroll County until his death in 1906. I believe his fathers name is a John Bond b. 1834, married to a Nancy J. b. 1832 in North Carolina. The problem is there is also a Robt F. Bond that had two children (James A. and Nancy E.) with no mother listed. Attempting to confirm that this is the same Robt Bond, if my trail back to John Bond is correct, and the last names of their wives. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
