I'm searching for an Emma or Emmy Adcock, and husband, Andrew Cooper. Andrew was born in 1856, Emma later.
They had 3 children, two of who were stillborn or died shortly after birth, and a 3rd, a boy named William. Emma died in childbirth with him, around 1877-1879.
I believe Emma and the two babies are buried in Anderson County, but I don't know where. I also think that Andrew was a teacher or professor.
If you can find any information - land deeds, court records, cemetery records, anything, I would be most grateful.
Andrew was my grandfather, who died when my father was only 2. We have had only stories to go on, and they have led us to Anderson County, with his first wife, Emma.
