My grandmother was Rebecca Connell Chilcoat born in Bell Buckle, Bedford Co., TN on 20 Dec 1874. Her parents were John Burton Chilcoat and Betty Moseley Whitaker. Grandparents were Rebecca Mary Moseley and Philander Randolph Whitaker of Bedford Co. and James Robert Chilcoat and Susan Gregory of Fayetteville, Lincoln Co., TN.
