I am hoping to find people researching this man. Samuel Daughtrey/Daughtery/Daughtry. He was born about 1808 in TN, married Elizabeth Unknown b. abt 1808 NC. He was in Bedford 1820-1840m then to Shelby Co 1850 and up to Paducah, KY 1860
Children:
William abt 1830
Frances Melinda, 1835
Dabney E. 1836
Jeremiah 1838
John H. 1839-1886
Malissy 1842
Jesse G. 1844-1882 (Great Great Grandfather)
Benjamin 1845
Samuel 1848

The whole family moved to Paducah area.

I am wanting to find the marriage of Samuel and Elizabeth and his parents.

I am hoping to prove or disprove a Tyler Dauhgtrey as Samuel's father.
Tyler b. abt 1764 NC, Wife Alice b. abt 1777 NC d. bet 1850-1860
Tyler is in Bedford census 1820-1830, then in Coffee Co 1840. 1850-1860 he is listed in Rutherford County. Then he is lost, presummed dead bef 1870.
I also know the county lines changed those years so he may have stayed in the same location but boundaries changed.
