Joe is the son of Overstreet Crowder and Nancy Elizabeth Harrick from Monroe Co, TN.

I believe that Sarah Jane is the daughter of Samuel Howard and Annie Rasor (from Blount Co, TN), but I cannot document this. Does anyone have any info on Samuel Howard and Annie Rasor?
