Fosterville, TN is located near the Rutherford/ Bedford Co. line just off the road to Shelbyville. Bradyville, TN is located near the Cannon/Rutherford Co. line just off the road to Murfreesboro.

I guess Esther could be the daughter of Thomas and Sarah or she could the the daugther of Esther age 20 in 1850 and perhaps Esther the older died in childbirth? Just a possibility. Of course, Esther could have died and Thos. and Sarah named their next daughter Esther. That happened too.

I hope this helps. I also checked Cannon Co. Deeds 1836-1857; Cannon Co. Chancery Court Records 1840-1880; Rutherford Co. Chancery Court Records 1845-1867; and Tenn Wills and Admin. 1779-1861, but there were no CARRICK listings that pertain to this family.
