I have been researching this family. My GG grandfather was William Jasper Green. I have not been able to confirm Cynthia B. was William Jasper's mother. You mention you found her on the 1840 Fed Census. What county in Teneessee? Hawkins or Giles? I see the move from Giles to Carroll. William Jasper lived in Carroll county abt 1860 thru abt 1898. He married Calline L. Couch and they had four child William A., Cora, Addie and Elbert Milton. E.M. is my connection. His daughter my Grandmother married C.C. Yarbrough. The Yarbrough's came from Arkansas via Pike, Georgia.
