Indenture made & entered 10th Sept 1825 between the Trustees of the University of North Carolina and Hugh Todd of the county of Carroll and state of Tennessee, for $360, 120 acres in the county of Carroll County, Tennessee by their attorney Samuel Dickins. Witnesses: by Moses Green and Ambrose Dudley, produced Mar Crt. 1826
