I gave a list I had found.....but I don't think there is a complete list of arrivals by land, they seem to have filtered into the area in groups.
You can look at who signed the Cumberland Compact - but there were people arriving after that was signed.
I suggest looking at land records - pre-emptors. That should give you some names. There is a book of pre-emptors land records.
On the Donelson family - you should be able to find a lot about them - check D.A.R. records for example.
One source is

CENSUS OF THE CUMBERLAND SETTLEMENTS
Davidson, Sumner and Tennessee Counties in What is Now Tennessee
compiled by Richard Carlton Fulcher
Under Davidson Co for Col. John Donelson Sr -
D.A.R. membership on this line. He led the river flotilla to the Cumberland Settlements, arriving April 24, 1780. Subsequently built a fort at the Clover Bottom at
Stone's River. Signer of the Cumberland Compact, May, 1780.
Following Indian atrocities in the area, Donelson removed with his in-laws to Kentucky in 1781 or 1782, settling at Davies Station in Lincoln Co., near Whitley's Station, in which resided James and Samuel Davies. In 1782, he was a commissioner to treat with the Indians, and attended the Treaty at Nashville. In the fall of 1785, he and his family moved back to the Cumberland Settlements, and he went to the Big Bend of the Tennessee River as a Georgia commissioner. The next spring, he left the Big Bend for home; went to the old settlement in VA to settle some matters, then proceeded toward the Cumberland via Kentucky. Whilte in the company of John Telly and a man named Leach, he was wounded in the abdomen and one of his knees, just after passing the big Spring. He had Leach to push in his protruding bowels, and soon ate heartily of bread and buffalo tongue, and died within an hour after. He was buried near the spring. Children: Alexander, b. 1749; Mary, born 1751, m. Capt. John Caffery; Catherine, b. 1752, m. Col. Thomas Hutchings; Stockley, b. 1753, m. Mrs. Elizabeth Glasgow Martin; Jane, b. 1754, m. Col.
