Hello, I am looking for more information about my early Tennessee Brown ancestors.

There may be more 2nd generation Brown's that I have not listed below. William and Nancy Brown born 1795-1797 in Virginia seemed to be close to the family of Archibald Buchanan and his wife Mary Lucinda East.

This is such a hard surname to research, but there has got to be someone out there who knows more about the Brown/Buchanan families and the Brown/Greer families.

All of the second generation families were born in Davidson, Tennessee.
