John Adam Helton b 20 Aug 1840/4/6 m Elizabeth B.
Noe 'Lizzie" b 11 Jan 1846 on 11 Jan 1864. John
MIGHT be the son of Alexander Helton and Hannah
Chaney.


Their 4 children were:

Charles Garrett b Jan 1868 m 1887 to Luetta Moore.
She divorced him and he remarried, d in 1936 in AR.

Mary b @ 1871 might have married James Daniel Noe
in 1892.

Martha 'Mattie' b 1875 m Charles S. Holt and died in
1969.

Woodley Bertie (female) b 1878 m 1896 to John
Patterson Clement. She died in 1938.

Children of Charles Garrett by first wife Luetta Moore,
daughter of George Washington Moore and Louisa
Jane Kimbrough. Luetta d in 1943. Her second
husband was Henry Clay Witt.

Wiliam Floyd b 1888 m 1920 Rosa Bell Brooks. He
died 1970 in CA. Nine known children.
Wm Henry, Grace L., Mary C., Claude F., Tom,
Dorothy, Ray, Johnnie and Margaret.

Johnnie Franklin b 1890, d 1891
Larrie Mae (girl) b 1890, d 1891.

Mary Jane b 1892 m 1910 to Grover Cleveland
