Delphia Ann Brooks was b. abt 1842 in TN and later lived in Hademan County. She had a sister, Sarah Matilda Brooks. Delphia and Sarah married brothers. Delphia to Gilbert Rhodes; and Sarah to James Pleasant Rhodes.
