I am seeking info , about Hannibal Love Skaggs, born Sept 16, 1843 Knoxville Tennessee, died Aug 11,1911 Seneca , Newton Missouri. He was son of James Alexander Skaggs (1816-1883) and Mariah Sterling (1815-1875) He was , like most folks a farmer but was told by family he was a teacher and Baptist Minister, he did have a son by one marriage , named Reverend Dee R Skaggs , born 1902 who was a minister. He had a daughter whom I cant find in any census with him, by name of Dora May Skaggs, b abt 1866 Mo, died Ap 1978 Afton, Ottawa, Oklahoma she married James Walter Jones. His family seems illusive, and I am not sure who the mother of Dora is, either Sarah Lavina Reynolds or Matilda F Haguewood. Help appreciated
