Looking for descendants of Nelson & Martha Adams of Dickson County,Tenn. His son Ancil & daughter-in-law Sarah Jane Mathis Adams children moved to Dyer/Lake county then they did. Daughters Martha,Mary, Nancy, Sally & sons John William
and Kinchen M. (also called John Kinch)lived in this area. I only know of Kinchen M.(my Grandfather) and John William, I do not know married names of girls. My Grandmother was Alyce Bell Bills Adams, and her family lived in the same area. Her Dad owned a store in the Ashlog area west of Hickman. Kinchen & Alyce children were Vera, Clara, "Joe" Curtis, Modie Lester (my Dad), Virgil & Viola. All lived in and around Asholg and Hickman, Ky. Virgil, Viola and my Dad were the only ones to leave the area, but Viola and Modie didn't leave till late 50"s early 60's.
