In the spring of 1825, William and Adam SNODDY left Lauderdale County, AL to attend to business in Lincoln County, TN. According to an old family story, ..."William took sick and died within a few hours." He had a brother, Graham, who still lived in Lincoln County, somewhere around Kelso. Both William and Adam's wills were probated in 1825, so obviously they both died while on this trip. I know there is an old cemetery around Kelso called the "old Snoddy cemetery", I think its also called Stoney Point cemetery (?). I think William may be buried there. Need help on finding the cemetery and would appreciate hearing from any family members that may still be in the Lincoln County area. Thank you.
