I was just wondering if your Pearson B. Elliott could be related to my Malinda Elliott that was married to a Kelly in McMinn Co., TN. She had 3 sons by him, Iverson G. Kelly, born about 1838, John Napoleon Bonaparte Kelly, born about 1841 and James Kelly, born about 1842 in McMinn Co., TN. Malinda's husband must have died as she married Joseph Morgan Teague 31 Jan 1847. Joseph and Malinda had 6 sons. They moved to Williamson Co., ILL just after the Civil War started. The Kelly boys were in the Confederate Mounted Infantry, A Company, 59th MI, Tenn. Joseph and Malinda's oldest son, Pleasant McDonald Teague was in the Union Army. I suppose that is why they left TN. Joseph and Malinda were my Great Great Grandparents.
I have a query posted in the McNinn Co., TN queries. I have no other in information on Malinda's parents or her childrens father. If you are interested in this family I would be happy to hear from you.
