I am looking for the cemetery that my 3rd g grandfather is buried. He died around the years 1897-1899?? His name is Joseph V. West and he lived Monroe Co. for several years. If anyone has any info on him I would love to see what you have and maybe I have some info I can share with you also. He was born in York CO. South Carolina in 1806 and moved to Monroe Co. He was in the Civil War and he did apply for a pension. I would appreciate any help in finding where he buried.
