Edna: There are very few DeWitt's buried in Monroe County and there was not a listing for Ann or Anna or anything close. Nothing even close on dates either. If you have other names to look up, don't hesitate to ask - I keep the book by the computer! Also, I'll check the other county cemetery books I have just in case - you never know!

I am looking for documentation on the death of Martha J. Poplin. She was listed in the 1910 census but not the 1920. Cannot find her in any research I have done.

Hi,

I wonder if you have any Thackers listed in the cemetery
book? Valentine - Elizabeth (1st wife) - Mahala - (daughter) and Mary Martin Thacker (Valentine's 2nd wife).
Would appreciate it very much.

Thanks,
Ruth Thacker Gordon

Thank you so much for your time and efforts. Actually,
the ones you found are my mother and father and my brother
(Wm. Harold) and sister-in-law, Peggy. As you can see,
my mother and sister-in-law are still living. Anyway,
I'm glad they have them listed correctly. I'm sure
Valentine and Elizabeth are buried in that general
area, but don't know where.

Thanks!
Ruth

There is only one Nancy Bryant in the Monroe Co. Cemetery Book. She is buried in the Antiock Cemetery and is not born until 11/15/1900 and no death date listed. There is no Moses Bryant listed in the book. Sorry!
