John O. Massingale marriage (Jan. 29, 1863)

A book of transcribed Scott Co. marriage records shows that John O. Massingale was married on January 29, 1863. The marriage license had been issued the same day. James Cecil, JP officiated. However, the entry reads "John O. Massingale and (blank)". I think I know who the bride was but obviously would like confirmation. Does anyone have access to either another transcription or the original? The way this reads, I'm thinking the bride's name does not appear on the original either but I'm not sure. Hopefully, that is not the case. If it does not, how could that happen?
