Your info has lead me to the cemetery. It actually is known as the Sullivan County Cemetery. There is brick entrance with the name of the cemetery on it. The site where I found it also stated that it was also known as the County Home Cemetery, just as you stated. The info on the site states that it is still an active cemetery and is maintained by the county. It is located on Cross Community Road between Blountville and Bristle.
