Surnames: TURNER, HEARN, CARTWRIGHT, MAJOR
I am a descendant of Thomas Turner, thru Matthew's brother, JW Turner, who was a physician and moved on to TX. I am interested in what may have happened to the Thomas Turner Bible. It is shown on the Wilson Genweb site....but it says that Henry Major had the Bible in 1935, I believe....I just wonder if it has been preserved to view, or who may have it. Since a Turner married a Major, and Henry is their child, do you think it is in the Major family?
