SCOTT. Summers lists Alexander, Archibald, Joseph Sr., Joseph Jr., Robert, Thomas, Walter, and William.
Samuel Sr., (1762-1820) was a minute man under Campbell. He was born in North Carolina and died in Kentucky. His brothers Thomas and William were in the militia. See Lineage Book 9, D.A.R.

SCOTT, James - 1787 Davidson Co. tax roll with 1 taxable. North Carolina land grant
SCOTT, John - purchased land in 1788. Purchased land of Margaret Allen.
SCOTT, Marmaduke - North Carolina land grant
SCOTT, Samuel - listed in the North Carolina Preemptors Act of 1784, as one of the settlers who died in defense of the Cumberland Settlements, whose heirs were entitled to 640 acres without any price to be paid to the public.
