Willa Belle Mitchell and siblings were residing in the Masonic home in Franklin Ward 1, JOHNSON COUNTY, Indiana in the 1920 census not 1910. Three of her siblings still in the home in 1930.

I found Willa with her family in the 1910 record in Brown, Morgan County, Indiana. She was born in Morgan county, one of eight children born to Charles H Mitchell and Lula B Utterback. Two siblings died as infants; Charles Jr and Virginia L, no record of death for Charles Jr.
