I found a 1880 Census in Tennessee

There was a John Henry Smith that was married to Margaret Smith and they had a son name John Henry who was nine years old which would match my Great Grandfather.

The only thing...the 1880 Census has that S.J. Smith was born in Tennessee.

That would not match with my S.J. Smith who was born in Missouri.

I added it to my Family Tree but when I saw that...I took it off.

I also can't seem to find S.J. Smith parents. I'm at a dead end there. It feels like when you get around one road block...you run into another!
