Anybody know anything about the parents of May A. "Polly" Fisher? (my 2nd great-grandmother who married Samuel A. Sparks) Her parents are King (maybe J. King) Fisher and Mildred S. Croford. The married about 1832 in Bell County, but I can't find documentation. Rumors abound that Mildred was Indian.

After Mildred died, King married Harriett Reed. King may have been born in Illinois, but lived in Bell, Milam and Williamson counties. I have King's parents as James Lytle Fisher and Delilah unknown, but not sure that's correct.
