I don't have a clue as to who the W. Teal Qualls was unless it was her brother William. I haven't really found any info on him. Sally's siblings were in Atascosa County, TX with her...Matilda Qualls Skelton Bishop who was married to John Bishop there in Atascosa, Rebecca with Jerome after 1900, Tom Qualls who married a daughter of John Bishops. Her father Thomas M. Qualls was a brother to Riley Qualls who married Smitha Hilburn, daughter of Richard and Elizabeth Campbell Hilburn.
