A large piece of my family lived in Atascosa County from the 1890's through the at least the 1930's many of them are buried in Pleasanton City Cemetery. It has been very hard to find any anecdotal evidence of their existence.

My gg grandfather's name was Charles A Wright. He was born in 1870 to Pleasant Wright and Wilhelmiena "Minnie" Skerl. He married Nellie Odelia LaBauve (whose mother married the son of Peter Tumlinson after her father died in 1873) in 1890 in Atascosa County in 1890 and is buried in Pleasanton City Cemetery. He had tweleve children.

Rula: 1914 --> Married Lonnie Williams
Roger: 1917

Charles Wright's brother George is also is buried in Pleasanton City Cemetary but lived in Jourdanton at the time of his death.

It seems like there is plenty of information about the county out there, I just have little idea of how to access it.
