Listed Mrs. Timothy Bludworth as next-of-kin. Her given name "Roma" and both died in California. Charles Lafayette registered for WWI Draft in Dallas. Their father identified as Charles Timothy Bludworth on Charles Lafayette's death certificate. He may have had two middle names? Either way, his parents were James F.
