Obit for Annie Crumbie
I am not related I just found this in the paper:
BAIRD STAR, Saturday, March 28, 1896
LOCAL NEWS
We heard late yesterday evening that Mr. Crumbie's little girl died with diphtheria.
BAIRD STAR, Saturday, March 28, 1896
DEATHS
Little Annie Crumbie daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J R Crumbie died yesterday morning after an illness of only a few days. Little Annie was a bright beautiful little girl and her death was a shock to her parents and to most of the near friends some of whom did not know she was sick. Only a week ago she was well and apparently full of life and vigorous in health, today her little voice is hushed on earth and her spirit has gone beyond the night into the beautiful sunlight of blessed eternity.
The remains were shipped to Weatherford for internment.
