Classification: Query
Surnames: Wilson, Harris, Scott
Finally, I have found enough clues to piece together a lot of my Wilson Grandparents history. G'Pa, Aaron Jackson Wilson, died 1901 near Van Dyke and is buried there at Zion Hill Cemetery.
Am fairly certain that he was working or staying at either the Scott farm or at the Harris farm. My best info is that both of the farms sold to the same buyer in maybe 1970's.
I find a Henry Scott b.1872 and Hogan Scott (whom I remember) I believe were of that farm. My best info is that these two farms probably were connected.
The Harris farm was of James Harris b.1854 and Margaret Harris (my Aunt Mag)b. 1864.
To close another piece of the puzzle, I need the locations of these farms. One story is that they were about one mile south of Van Dyke and one story has them within a mile northwest of Zion Hill Cemetery.
Will appreciate this and any other bits of help anyone may have.... thnx........dw
