Where was 'Old' Center Point?

In 'Patchwork of Memories' page 163 is a picture of Center Point School 1903-1904. It says the school was 2-1/2 miles southeast of Sipe Springs, but, that location is just about downtown Beattie.
My Dad almost certainly is in the picture as I have a personal letter from the teacher Miss Minnie McNeely shown in the pic. telling me that she was Dad's teacher there when he was about 12 (1904).
Finding the 'precise' location of that school would close another gap in my search. thnx..........dw
