Lucy Busby was born 1897 in McLennan County, Texas to George Washington Busby & Mattie Boatwright Busby. Lucy first married Virge French before 1914. They had six children. Virge French died in 1935. On the 1940 census, she was still known as Lucy French. However, her death certificate from 1968 gives her last name as Garza. Would anyone know who the Garza was that she married? It must have been after 1940.
