I recall my father calling area west of intersection of Highway 24 and 19 "Bloody Hollow". This is where my COOLEY Family lived 1880s. I talked to a Delta County lady several years ago and she remembered area. She said it always been quiet and no reason to be called that unless by Indian attacks. Anyone else know about the area? It is still rural area 2008.
