goodness you are full of info. I have the info on William and Absley. I have been contacted by someone else who believes that the Willie Caswell mentioned on Ida Mae Caswell Howell's death cert. is William Heritage Caswell. There is no mother mentioned. William's son George has a daughter he names Ida Mae, and if he had a sister named that it would make sense to name a daughter after a sister....but no proof yet. I am searching for proof that George Dallam is a brother to Ida Mae Caswell Huber Howell who was born ca 1868 in NC to the father of William Heritage Caswell and Asbley Hart. George Dallam Caswell was born ca 1858 and married Addie Livingston. They lived in Marshall, Texas. Ida Mae's obit states that she has one brother, George D. Caswell and one sister Mrs. H.C. White. Ida Mae died in 1933, Denton, County, Tx. If you can help with this family, please contact me.

The death certificate of Ida Mae (the sister not the daughter of George) states that Ida Mae was the daughter of Willie Caswell of NC. Ida Mae was born in NC, also. The obit of Ida Mae names George Dallam Caswell as her brother. I am researching this family for a friend that is a great grandaughter of Ida Mae Caswell, Huber, Howell.
