Surnames: Ratliff, Tumlinson
I can't help you with Pardue Dubose Ratliff but your mentioned that Elijah was one of the Old Three Hundred of Austin's first Colony. Elijah was not but his his wife's parents, John Jackson and Elizabeth Tumlinson were. Elijah's land grant was in 1934 in Polk County from the empressario, Verhlein. The land grants are listd in the State of Texas Landgrant section.
